Training Programs

One Year Introductory Program

The One Year Introductory Program consists of the first four courses of the Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. They are designed to expose the candidate to basic psychoanalytic concepts and their relevance to both diagnosis and treatment without requiring a commitment to supervision and personal treatment.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Three-Year Program

The Program in Psychotherapy is a 3 year program consisting of twelve courses. Most classes, as well as supervision and personal psychotherapy, take place in faculty offices since classes are no longer being held at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Program in Psychoanalysis

The Program in Psychoanalysis is a continuation of the Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. All requirements of the Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy must be completed before a candidate can move on into the fourth year.

The New Jersey Couples Therapy Training Program
